Bob Hood is CEO of SpotLink and has over 25-years of high technology engineering and management experience. His passion is providing technology solutions to clients, with impeccable customer services, support, and integrity, and insuring SpotLink delivers on that every time. After spending several years with an award-winning customer service organization in high-school and college, he went on to work in software engineering and software product management. He has run companies that supply IT services to small and medium businesses, including network infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance. His software and IT experience covers Windows, Unix/Linux, and Macintosh, delivering customized as well as productive software, and designing multi-site networks and high-availability systems. His specialty is in understanding the business needs of the clients, then designing a system that increases the productivity of the business and the reliability of the network, while minimizing the total-cost-of-ownership. Bob has a BS in Physics from Harvey Mudd College and an MBA in Management from San Diego State University.

Amanda Castellano is SpotLink’s Office Administrator who has been with us since 2006. Her primary functions are handling purchasing, accounts receivables, inventory, scheduling, and various HR functions. She is currently attending Grossmont Community College with an interest in marketing. | |||

Julio Martin is a Network Administrator. Looking for more of a challenge, he joined the company in early 2007. He has over 12 years of Information Technology experience. He specializes in medium to large-scale networks and has extensive experience in the design and implementation process, including requirements definition, testing, documentation, and maintenance.

Patrick Gispert is a Local Area Network Specialist for SpotLink assisting in day to day Network Administration and providing end user Desktop Support. Prior to SpotLink Patrick worked as an IT Technician for Moonstone Hotel Properties on the California Central Coast, and he started his IT career during college working as a computer Lab Monitor and then began freelancing providing Web Design and Desktop Support. Patrick graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Outside of work Patrick enjoys surfing, the outdoors, photography, and music.

Roy Ibarra is a LAN Specialist who recently completed his MCDST and currently working on his MCITP. He is efficient in troubleshooting hardware, software and is also our 1st level of support for Linux. He studied at Coleman College, where he completed the Networking course.

Vince Castellano is SpotLink's Software Programmer. He has been in the IT industry for over 5 years, and software development specifically for over 3 years. He is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at San Diego State University. He is proficient in python and C++ programming languages, and has experience with Java, Ruby, Visual Basic, and C#.
